Bucky Heard
Vocal Lessons/Acting Lessons

Bucky Heard is an Alabama native and Auburn University alumni (BFA, Theatre Performance), with numerous theatrical credits, and has been one of the most popular and versatile performers in America for several years, headlining countless shows in major venues. His reputation as a “gutsy rock and roll singer with an incredible vocal range”, has garnered much critical praise and has led him to be hand-selected to share the concert stage with legends such as Andy Williams, Glen Campbell, Jonathan Cain (“Journey”), BB King and many others.

In 2016, Heard was asked to join forces with legendary Rock and Roll Hall of Fame icon, Bill Medley, in the newly reformed, “Righteous Brothers” and they are currently in their 5th successful year of their residency show at Harrah’s Las Vegas, with over 50 road shows across the country, as well. Heard says teaming up with Bill Medley has been a wonderful gift! “It’s like getting your PhD in show business!”

Dance Lessons/Performance Coaching

AJ Heard, choreographer/dancer, grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada, where she started taking dance and ice skating lessons at the age of 3. As her career began to take shape, her love of dance moved into the forefront and, at the age of 14, she began training with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet. At 17, she moved away from home, traveled to Toronto and joined a professional training program at the highly regarded, Randolph Dance Theater.

After performing in many trade shows, videos, and movies, she was hired by Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as a lead dancer in their multi million dollar variety shows. This is where she met her husband, Bucky.

Since making Branson their home, in 1994, AJ has performed and choreographed for a variety of shows including, The Van Burch and Welford Show, Branson City All Star Revue, Cracklin Rose – A Tribute to Neil Diamond, and Jimmy Osmonds American Jukebox. She has also choreographed for superstars , Pam Tillis, Neil McCoy, and Les Brown, as well as many others. Currently, AJ, is the choreographer/dance captain, and featured vocalist for, The Hamner/Barber Variety Show. On December 28, 2005, she and Bucky had their first child, a little girl named Cydney Reese Heard, who is their daily inspiration.

AJ and her husband Bucky also created a children’s show called Rock U Mentally LIVE. She not only choreographed the entire show, she also served as costume designer, prop master, and marketing director.
